AOG Operator – 4 days on, 4 days off

About the role
We are seeking an AOG Operator to join a leading freight forwarder in the South East of England. The role operates on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off roster, covering 7 am‑7 pm shifts, and focuses on managing time‑critical air freight shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor time‑critical air freight shipments (AOG).
- Prepare and process Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB).
- Handle customs entry processing and ensure compliance.
- Respond to email enquiries, manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents and transport providers.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in air export operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently within a shift pattern.
