AOG Operator – Late Shift (Mon‑Fri)

About the role

This position supports the rapid handling of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments for a busy logistics operation. Working the late shift from Monday to Friday, you will manage urgent export movements across air and road freight, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process AOG shipments from initial request to final delivery.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end import and export movements, with a primary focus on exports.
• Handle air and road freight documentation and operational tasks.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and operational queries.
• Assist with customs entry procedures where required.

Required profile

• Strong operational experience in import/export, especially exports.
• Familiarity with AOG shipment requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and professionally under pressure.
