Application Developer – AI Squad (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Application Developer to join our AI Squad in London. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both from home and the office while contributing to real‑world AI‑enabled software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test features for RLAM software products using object‑oriented principles and clean‑code practices.
• Build production‑quality, maintainable applications and services, integrating with external systems via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to embed AI and Generative AI models into live systems, covering data pipelines, cloud platforms and APIs.
• Participate in agile sprints, break down work, document solutions and share knowledge within the team.
• Apply responsible AI principles such as fairness, explainability and governance, and monitor model performance in production.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career developer with strong programming fundamentals.
• Demonstrated self‑driven learning through internships, hackathons, personal projects or academic work.
• Curiosity about AI and its practical applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Object‑oriented design and development.
• API design and integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts.
