Application Support Analyst – Enterprise Technology

About the role
The Application Support Analyst provides end‑to‑end technical and procedural assistance for Marex’s enterprise applications. Working within the Enterprise Technology team, the analyst partners with infrastructure, service desk and engineering groups to ensure continuous availability of critical platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own and resolve day‑to‑day application incidents, outages and service requests.
- Coordinate incident management processes, escalating to engineering when required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to design and implement enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of support procedures, known errors and work‑arounds.
- Participate in business continuity activities and problem‑management investigations.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile, cross‑functional technology environment.
- Ability to work under pressure during incidents and meet service‑level commitments.
