About the role
The role is a permanent, fully remote Application Support Analyst position supporting a suite of .Net‑based software applications. You will join a global support team, reporting to the Support Manager, and may travel to the Reading office occasionally.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients worldwide, logging, investigating and resolving requests within defined SLAs.
- Deploy and configure applications remotely and, when required, on‑site.
- Maintain and update support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and process records.
- Perform testing and quality assurance on new and existing software releases.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide occasional training to clients and colleagues and cover scheduled out‑of‑hours on‑call duties.
Required profile
- Available for a Teams interview during the week of 24 May and able to start after 17 September.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write, understand and edit scripts.
