Application Support Engineer – C#, SQL, JavaScript

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Application Support Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering critical business applications. You will work closely with clients, analysts and developers, providing expert technical support while continuously improving service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and manage client tickets from initiation to resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts and developers to deliver solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Gather requirements for system changes (RFCs) and support their delivery.
• Test, document and support application updates.
• Assist with debugging and implement improvements (training provided).
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercial experience in application/software support.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent technical and non‑technical communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
