Applications Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Applications Engineer with a passion for 3D printing and additive manufacturing. You will join a busy technical team that supports customers through innovative manufacturing solutions, delivering high‑quality prototype and production parts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare competitive quotations and lead‑time estimates for customer projects.
• Operate a variety of 3D printing technologies and schedule production builds.
• Consult with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support to field sales engineers and existing clients, including benchmark parts and product guidance.
• Remove support structures, finish, and quality‑check completed models before dispatch.
• Assist with metal additive manufacturing systems where training and experience permit.
• Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to ensure outstanding customer service and technical excellence.
