Applied AI Strategist – EMEA

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior Applied AI Strategist for the EMEA region. You will be the strategic voice with the company’s most important customers, engaging C‑suite executives across Europe and the Middle East to shape their AI vision and drive high‑impact adoption of Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Executive Briefings for top EMEA accounts, tailoring narratives, tone and proof points to each market and culture.
• Own strategic positioning, value cases and success plans for high‑tier customers, collaborating with Sales and Applied AI teams.
• Create executive‑grade content such as industry points of view, value frameworks and proposal templates for sectors including finance, telco, manufacturing, life sciences and public sector.
• Translate the European regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, etc.) into a strategic advantage for Claude.
• Partner with Sales before and after engagements to align vision, debrief and sustain deal momentum.
• Travel extensively across EMEA for executive engagements, workshops and strategic account meetings.

Required profile

• 15+ years in enterprise technology or management consulting with senior‑level experience in core EMEA markets.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite leaders at large, often regulated, European enterprises.
• Deep understanding of how organizations evaluate, adopt and scale technology.
• Strong opinion on enterprise transformation, earned through leading or advising such efforts.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast‑moving markets and a collaborative, sales‑team mindset.
• Fluency in English and another major European language is a strong plus.

What we offer

• Annual salary range £230,000 – £270,000 (On‑Target Earnings).
