Appointment‑Taking Insolvency Practitioner (IVA)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established insolvency firm in Manchester that needs an experienced Insolvency Practitioner to manage appointment‑taking for a high‑volume IVA portfolio. The role offers flexible working arrangements – remote, hybrid or office‑based – and is open to both full‑time and part‑time candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Take appointments for a large number of IVA cases.
• Act as Nominee and/or Supervisor where required.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain strong professional and ethical standards throughout each engagement.

Required profile

• Fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
• Proven experience in high‑volume IVA appointment‑taking.
• Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of insolvency practice.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to full‑time or part‑time working arrangements.

Required skills

• Insolvency Practitioner licence.
• Technical and regulatory expertise in IVA processes.
