About the role
Sage is looking for an Apprentice QA Analyst to support testing preparation and execution across the business. You will work closely with QA Analysts and Associates, creating test artefacts and raising issues during project test phases while developing the skills needed for a long‑term IT career.
Key responsibilities
- Create test artefacts that maximise efficiency, cover all requirements and enable timely delivery.
- Accurately record and communicate issues found during test phases.
- Record time spent on tasks.
- Adhere to team processes and testing standards.
- Seek out and act upon feedback from team members.
Required profile
- 5 GCSEs at grade A‑C including English and Maths, or equivalent.
- No higher‑level IT degree (ineligible if you already hold one).
- Enthusiasm to learn formal testing principles.
- Active, proactive team player.
- Good communication, logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to drive personal development through apprenticeship training and mentoring.
