Apprentice Retail Supervisor

About the role

Farmfoods is seeking an Apprentice Retail Supervisor for its Leeds Morley store. This full‑time apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job training with a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, giving you a solid foundation in retail management.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide friendly service and assist with product location.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves and freezers, and maintain store presentation.
• Support the store manager in opening, closing, ordering and team coordination.
• Participate in daily and weekly cleaning and organisational routines.

Required profile

• Positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to stay busy.
• Reliability and punctuality as part of a small team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across five days a week.
