Apprentice Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

Join Savers as an Apprentice Sales Assistant and gain hands‑on retail experience over a 12‑month in‑store training programme. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, helping customers enjoy a great shopping experience while learning the fundamentals of retail sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and promote the Savers brand.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring displays are tidy and visually appealing.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and price checks.
• Engage with the local community and help promote special offers.
• Complete a Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship assessment at the end of training.

Required profile

• Minimum GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Not currently in education and available for full‑time shifts.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• First‑time entrant to retail – no prior retail apprenticeship.
