Apprenticeship Coordinator – Support Military Apprentices

About the role

This full‑time Apprenticeship Coordinator role supports ex‑military apprentices in Blandford Forum, delivering induction, coaching and progress monitoring for digital apprenticeship programmes. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, helping learners achieve their qualifications while maintaining a strong link to the Armed Forces community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver induction sessions for Level 2, 3 and 4 digital apprenticeship programmes.
• Conduct regular learner progress reviews and plan learning activities.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
• Maintain accurate learner records and update e‑portfolio systems.
• Monitor progress, give constructive feedback and support learners through Gateway assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful qualification outcomes.

Required profile

• Military background, preferably Royal Signals or similar digital discipline.
• Experience in training, instruction or learner support.
• Teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for learner development.

What we offer

• Salary £29,288 – £32,088 per year, dependent on experience.
• 37.5‑hour week, Monday‑to‑Friday.
