Approved Electrician – Electrical Contractor (Gloucestershire)

About the role

We are seeking a fully Approved Electrician to join a well‑established electrical contractor in Gloucestershire. You will work on a variety of contracts covering housing associations, private homes, schools, care homes and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and compliance work across diverse property types.
• Follow organised contract processes and liaise with the office support team.
• Adhere to on‑site working hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) and on‑call rota after the probation period.
• Provide your own hand and battery tools; use company‑supplied specialist equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Fully Approved Electrician with proven experience in installation, maintenance and compliance.
• Comfortable working in occupied residential and commercial environments.
• Professional, reliable and customer‑focused with a full UK driving licence.
