Aqua Fitness Class Instructor

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Aqua Fitness Class Instructors to deliver engaging water‑based workouts at Hough End Leisure Centre in Manchester. You will lead safe, fun, and high‑energy classes for participants of all ages and abilities, using the unique benefits of water as a training tool.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable Aqua Aerobics classes.
• Adapt, progress, or regress exercises to suit varying fitness levels.
• Motivate participants and create an inspiring class atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout each session.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Required profile

• Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or a recognised Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Level 2 qualification in water‑based exercise.
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Commitment to health and safety best practices.
• Team‑player attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
