Arabic Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join NEXT’s International Contact Centre in Leicester as an Arabic Customer Service Advisor. You will receive a comprehensive five‑week onsite induction and ongoing coaching to help you support global customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support in Arabic and English via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
• Handle a wide range of enquiries, from order queries to account questions, aiming for swift resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international couriers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems while looking for process improvements.
• Build lasting customer relationships through empathy, honesty and high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role or contact centre environment.
• Problem‑solver mindset with the ability to stay calm during challenging conversations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £14.66.
• Fixed shift patterns covering 36 hours per week, with additional paid shifts during peak periods.
