Architect (1-6 years post-qualification) – London

About the role

10 Design is seeking architects with 1-6 years of post-qualification experience to join its London studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio ranging from large-scale masterplans to individual buildings, contributing to mixed-use, retail, hospitality, residential, research and civic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions across all project stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained through technical design and construction phases.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, drawings and visualisations for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Support the studio’s international workload, including projects in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Required profile

• Outstanding design ability demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Proven experience in a design-led architectural practice.
• Right to work in the UK and ARB registration or equivalent.
• 1-6 years post-qualification experience.

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
