Architect – Growing Architectural Practice

About the role

We are seeking an Architect to join a fast‑growing practice that has expanded from a startup to a ten‑person team in just over a year. You will work closely with the directors on a diverse portfolio that includes healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, sports and workplace projects, gaining hands‑on experience while taking on increasing responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with directors and senior architects on all project phases.
• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for a variety of sectors.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets and client communications.
• Contribute to the practice’s growth strategy by mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with a passion for learning and development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
