Architect or Experienced Architectural Assistant (5‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an Architect or an experienced Architectural Assistant to join our Manchester team on a five‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role will focus on developing interior design concepts for a £50 million new‑build commercial development, ensuring they align with the overall building quality and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating workplace interior design concepts and technical solutions.
• Support the interiors study for a major commercial project.
• Produce design, presentation, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Develop Revit models and detailed drawing packages.

Required profile

• Qualified Architect (Part 2) or Architectural Assistant, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in workplace or commercial interiors.
• Strong design and technical capability.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Revit proficiency.
