Architect or Experienced Part II Assistant

About the role

A small, collaborative practice of architects, designers and planners delivering residential projects across the UK is looking for an architect or experienced Part II assistant. You will join the team directly under the MD, with the chance to take ownership of projects and work on a wide range of residential work, from internal reconfigurations and extensions to multi-dwelling developments and masterplanning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute across all RIBA stages and develop designs
• Manage project delivery and oversee the overall project process
• Speak directly with clients and consultants
• Work flexibly across all stages of projects

Required profile

• Architect or experienced Part II with strong UK residential experience
• Confident running projects and engaging with clients
• Motivated to work in a small team and take ownership

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
