Architect / Project Architect - Residential

About the role

A well-established architecture practice in Yeovil is looking for an Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team. The studio works across residential, healthcare and industrial sectors, delivering projects from concept through to construction, and has a strong pipeline of work. The role supports the delivery of residential projects across all RIBA stages.

Key responsibilities

• Work across all RIBA stages, supporting residential schemes from early design and planning through to technical delivery and construction
• Prepare planning applications and technical packages
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
• Support project delivery and attend meetings and site visits

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a UK architecture practice
• Experience on UK residential or housing projects
• Ability to work across all RIBA stages
• Strong technical and construction knowledge

Required skills

• Revit proficiency is essential
• Planning application preparation and construction drawing production
