Architectural Designer – Newcastle (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our multidisciplinary consultancy in Newcastle. The role involves contributing to residential and commercial projects across all RIBA work stages, delivering high‑quality design and construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering residential and urban design projects.
• Prepare and develop planning schemes through to detailed construction drawings.
• Produce technical specifications, tender packages and working drawing sets.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of all drawings and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Post‑qualification experience within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience on residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages.
• Strong technical and design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Live within a commutable distance to Newcastle.
