Architectural Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join a growing residential consultancy in Southampton. The role offers a mix of large residential developments and bespoke projects, with a clear pathway towards senior and management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical drawing packages for residential schemes.
• Adapt house types and coordinate project information.
• Support delivery of projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and communicate directly with clients.
• Coordinate external construction professionals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technician on residential or house‑building projects.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience producing working drawings for residential developments.
• Understanding of Building Regulations.
