This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential and heritage sites to commercial developments, within a highly supportive professional environment.

Missions principales

• Conduct and assist with detailed measured building surveys on-site.
• Contribute actively to the early-stage design concept development.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive planning and building control applications.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and various project stakeholders.
• Manage individual workloads autonomously while maintaining seamless collaboration within our small team to meet project deadlines.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar architectural technician role.
• Strong technical competence with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical drawings clearly.
• In-depth knowledge of NPPF, Building Regulations, and various construction methodologies.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for site visits.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Archicad.
• Technical drafting and detailed construction documentation.
• Project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Regulatory compliance and planning application expertise.
