About the role
We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join a leading luxury housebuilder in the North West. You will work on a variety of high‑quality residential developments, from affordable one‑bed flats to premium five‑bedroom homes, supporting the design and delivery of each project.
Key responsibilities
- Collate and organise technical information and drawings for residential projects.
- Produce detailed design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers and the construction team to ensure smooth project progression.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an architectural design or construction role.
- Strong eye for detail and a proactive, ambitious attitude.
- Desire to develop a career within a growing, award‑winning developer.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
