About the role
A well-established residential developer delivering housing schemes across the South and South West of the UK is recruiting an Architectural Technician for its in-house design team. The team works on residential projects ranging from 50 to 250 units, from planning through to technical delivery. The role is office-based in Dorchester.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed drawings
- Support planning applications
- Contribute to live site delivery
Required profile
- Solid UK residential experience and a strong technical background
- Relevant HNC / HND / Degree in Architecture or Construction
- Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment
Required skills
- Confident drawing production in AutoCAD
- SketchUp, Photoshop or InDesign are beneficial
