Architectural Technician – Revit Specialist (6‑week contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technician with strong Revit expertise to support a commercial project in London for a six‑week period. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical drawing packages and coordinating design information through the detailed design and construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Lead delivery through RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design).
• Prepare coordinated construction information for tender and construction.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and British Standards.
• Resolve technical design challenges and develop buildable solutions.
• Attend design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4.
• Strong proficiency in Revit for detailed technical information.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
