About the role

A well-established architectural practice, working in the UK and internationally, is looking for a CIAT-registered Architectural Technologist to join its London team. The studio focuses on large-scale residential developments and complex housing-led schemes, and the role involves working from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.

Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of technical design packages, specifications and construction information
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and project teams to deliver projects to a high technical standard
Contribute to detailed technical drawings and coordinate information across disciplines
Support the preparation of specifications using NBS Chorus

Required profile

CIAT registration with a minimum of 2 years' professional experience
Proven experience on large residentially led schemes in the UK
Experience on projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

Knowledge of the NBS Chorus specification system
Strong Revit skills (essential)
Sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
