Architectural Technologist – Revit

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Technologist with strong Autodesk Revit experience to join our bespoke architect practice in Christchurch. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on a variety of residential and mixed‑use projects, collaborating closely with architects, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
• Attend project meetings and support site visits as required.
• Support projects from concept through to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit with the ability to produce high‑quality technical drawings.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
