Area Lettings Manager – South East London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Lettings Manager to lead a portfolio of lettings offices across South East London. The successful candidate will drive new lettings instructions, manage day‑to‑day operations and develop high‑performing teams while maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and win new lettings instructions across multiple postcodes.
• Conduct property valuations and attend listing appointments.
• Oversee lettings performance and target achievement for each office.
• Support, mentor and develop team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Monitor and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality customer service.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in residential lettings.
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating business.
• Experience managing or mentoring a lettings team.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, self‑motivated and highly organised.
