Area Manager – Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Area Manager to lead a core team within its Milton Keynes Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across receiving, stowing, picking, packing or shipping functions while upholding Amazon’s customer‑centric standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 80‑120 associates, driving training, integration and daily performance.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and achieve critical operational metrics, including inventory accuracy and process quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve operational challenges.
• Share best practices and act as a subject‑matter expert for larger FC processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and developing large teams.
• Experience in project and program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
