About the role
The Area Manager leads a fulfilment centre site, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality operations that meet customer demand. You will manage a team, drive productivity projects and uphold Amazon’s standards of safety and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Create, oversee and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the site.
- Analyse performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity.
- Lead projects that streamline processes, optimise productivity and improve service quality.
- Monitor shift performance against business objectives and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to standardise shift practices and drive operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
