Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a network of 12 residential sales branches across South West London. In this senior position you will shape the performance of each branch, inspire teams, and drive growth in a highly competitive property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to achieve top performance.
• Recruit, retain and develop talent to build motivated, high‑engagement teams.
• Oversee regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Identify market‑share opportunities and implement strategies to win new business.
• Support branches in overcoming challenges and turning potential into results.
• Champion a strong culture, high standards and a winning mindset across all offices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with full P&L responsibility.
• Confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front.
• Track record of delivering growth and consistently exceeding targets.
• Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people.
