Area Manager – Multi-site Retail & Hospitality

About the role
We are seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of sites for a globally recognised consumer brand. You will coach and develop site managers, drive commercial performance and use data to improve results in a fast‑paced customer environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple retail or hospitality sites.
- Coach and develop site managers to build high‑performing teams.
- Drive commercial performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the region.
Required profile
- Multi‑site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a structured leadership programme.
- Passion for coaching and developing people.
- Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ambition to build a long‑term leadership career.
