Area Manager – Multi‑site Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of restaurant sites across the M62 corridor, including Manchester, Huddersfield and Leeds. You will drive operational excellence, support restaurant leaders and ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple restaurant teams to deliver brand standards, service quality and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop restaurant managers, building capability and high‑performing teams.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics across people, customer experience, sales and profit.
• Identify commercial opportunities, implement improvement plans and support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with operational policies, procedures and brand expectations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑site operations in a fast‑paced hospitality, QSR or restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges.
