This role is ideal for a proven people leader who thrives on driving performance, developing teams and delivering growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance.
• Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development.
• Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Spot opportunities to grow market share and win new business.
• Support branches to overcome challenges and turn potential into performance.
• Champion high standards, strong culture and a winning mindset across every office.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility.
• Confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front.
• Track record of delivering growth and smashing targets.
• Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people.
