Area Sales Manager – Building Products

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established manufacturer of construction products that is looking to expand its footprint in the industrial and commercial flooring market across the South East. The role is sales‑driven yet involves end‑to‑end project involvement – from spotting opportunities and pricing to contractor liaison and on‑site support, with technical assistance available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a high‑quality range of flooring adhesive and sealant products to distributors and contractors.
• Identify and develop new flooring projects within your territory.
• Act as the primary contact for key flooring customers and applicators.
• Cross‑sell complementary systems from the broader product portfolio.
• Maintain visibility on project pipeline, stock levels and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, ideally industrial/resin flooring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network with specialist flooring applicators and relevant contractors.
