Area Sales Manager – Field Sales (Home‑based)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will be based in Oxford and operate on a home‑based, field‑sales model. You will join Kff, a regional food wholesaler that is part of the Sysco group, to grow independent foodservice accounts across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and retain customers to achieve profitable volume growth against targets.
• Research the territory, map opportunities and conduct face‑to‑face meetings.
• Onboard new accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans and propose suitable product solutions.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure the best local offering for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or account management, preferably within foodservice.
• Commercially astute with a strong drive for sales success.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling across the assigned area.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
