Area Sales Representative – Northwest Territory

About the role

JRY Consulting is partnering with a multinational leader in industrial textile solutions to recruit an Area Sales Representative for the Northwest Territory (FY, PR, WN, WA, L, CH & CW postcodes). You will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts across a defined geographic area while representing the company’s brand to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a mix of pre‑booked and self‑generated client visits within the assigned territory.
• Acquire new business and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate records and perform admin tasks using CRM systems.
• Report progress to the Commercial Director and provide market and competitor insights.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and follow established training plans.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a client‑facing, high‑commission sales role (e.g., car sales).
• Full clean UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑starter, target‑driven and comfortable working on commission.
• Professional appearance and strong telephone etiquette.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.

What we offer

• £25,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission structure (potential OTE > £60,000).
