Area Visual Merchandiser – Glasgow & West Scotland

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑focused Area Visual Merchandiser to elevate the visual standards of our fashion retail stores across Glasgow and West Scotland. You will work closely with store teams to deliver inspiring displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple retail locations to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Create impactful product displays that maximise sales opportunities.
• Align stores with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines.
• Analyse store performance data and adapt visual strategies to meet commercial targets.
• Train and coach store staff on best‑practice visual merchandising.
• Conduct regular visual audits, providing feedback and action plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a visual merchandising role.
• Strong understanding of retail trends, customer behaviour and commercial merchandising.
• Excellent presentation, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to interpret sales data and use insights to influence decisions.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
