Art Director – Social‑First Creative Lead

About the role

The Art Director will lead the development of social‑first creative ideas and concepts that align with brand strategy and communication objectives. Working at the intersection of culture, technology and beauty, you will shape campaigns for global beauty brands across fast‑moving digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with strategy, content, accounts and production teams to ensure ideas resonate authentically with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social‑first creative ideas and concepts aligned with brand strategy and communication goals.
• Conceptualise digital campaigns, social activations and content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Partner with strategy, accounts and content teams to translate insights into relevant creative concepts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas address communication challenges, not just aesthetics.

Required profile

• Degree in Advertising, Communication, Creativity or a related field.
• Experience working in creative or advertising agencies developing ideas for digital campaigns and social media.
• Strong conceptualisation and presentation skills with a portfolio showcasing social‑first work.
• High level of English proficiency.
