About the role
Are you highly organised, passionate about Christian ministry, and excited by the opportunity to work with artists, churches, festivals, and strategic partners across the UK? We’re looking for an Artist & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Ministry Development Team and play a vital role in supporting artist engagement, partnership activities, and key Christian events. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support that helps bring ministry opportunities to life.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider Ministry Development Team, ensuring artist engagements, partnership activities and events are planned and delivered effectively.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end logistics of artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, including scheduling, travel, resources, stakeholder communications and event administration.
- Maintain accurate calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases, tracking progress against key milestones and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of developments, changes and requirements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with artists, agents, churches, event organisers, strategic partners and internal colleagues, providing a professional and responsive service at all times.
- Support the delivery of events and partnership activities through effective planning, organisation and on‑the‑ground coordination, ensuring a high‑quality experience for all participants and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working, helping to strengthen operational efficiency across the Ministry Development Team.
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator, able to engage confidently and professionally with artists, churches, partners, agents, and colleagues.
- Relationship‑focused, building positive and effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A skilled coordinator, experienced in organising events, meetings, visits, workshops, or engagement activities involving multiple participants.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and find practical solutions to challenges.
- Digitally confident, with experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and other digital tools to support planning and delivery.
- Experienced in artist, events, partnerships, or ministry environments, with an understanding of working alongside performers, speakers, talent agencies, or event organisers.
- Knowledgeable about the UK church landscape, with an appreciation of the opportunities and challenges within Christian ministry today.
