Asbestos Analyst – Commercial Projects (London & Home Counties)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join a well‑established asbestos consultancy serving commercial and mixed‑use sites across the Home Counties. The role offers a stable, long‑term position working on a consistent pipeline of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake air monitoring, four‑stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling.
• Produce accurate, compliant analytical reports for commercial and mixed‑use sites.
• Ensure all work follows UKAS and HSE guidance and maintain high health‑and‑safety standards on site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver clear, actionable results.

Required profile

• BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Analyst on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and best practice.
• Full UK driving licence.
