Asbestos Analyst & Surveyor Apprenticeship (Level 3)

About the role

This Level 3 apprenticeship combines paid work with study to become a qualified Asbestos Analyst and Surveyor. You will work on‑site across Essex and the South East, supporting experienced teams in a variety of environments.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out air quality and reassurance monitoring, including fibre counting and four‑stage clearance inspections.
• Collect and label bulk material samples, conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and complete priority risk assessments.
• Prepare accurate certificates and reports and assist with asbestos removal project management.

Required profile

• Enjoys working on site in construction, demolition or industrial environments and is comfortable with early starts and travel.
• Committed to health and safety, follows strict procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
• Can work independently after training and communicates clearly with team members.
• Must be 18+, hold a full UK manual driving licence (≤3 points) and meet apprenticeship eligibility.
