About the role
Join a well‑established asbestos consultancy as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, supporting a busy workload across London and surrounding areas. The position offers a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties in commercial, industrial and mixed‑use environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264.
- Carry out air monitoring, four‑stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling.
- Work on commercial, industrial and mixed‑use properties, producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Ensure all activities comply with current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures.
Required profile
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent) qualifications.
- Proven experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
- Ability to manage workload independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
