Asbestos Surveyor – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a UKAS‑accredited consultancy serving London and the South East. This permanent, full‑time position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and public sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264.
• Perform bulk sampling across a variety of property types.
• Produce accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports.
• Survey commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector sites.
• Manage workload independently while receiving support from an established operations team.
• Ensure all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance.

Required profile

• BOHS P402 certification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Experience within a UKAS‑accredited consultancy is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, organised and reliable.
