Asbestos Surveyor – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Manchester office. You will work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects, delivering high‑quality asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys across diverse property types.
• Ensure all work complies with HSG264 and UKAS guidelines.
• Collect bulk samples, record findings accurately and produce detailed survey reports.
• Maintain strong health and safety standards on site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance.
• Full UK driving licence.
