About the role
Are you wanting to make a difference for children and young people with special needs? This specialist school in Camberley is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aspiring Social Worker / Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join the team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher with the learning experience.
- Provide dedicated support to pupils with learning, physical, sensory or behavioural challenges.
- Build trusted and effective relationships with pupils.
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group support as required.
- Follow and implement safeguarding guidelines in the classroom.
- Attend staff meetings and complete relevant CPD.
- Maintain good communication and a caring approach.
- Commute reliably to Camberley.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
- Enhanced DBS or overseas police check where appropriate.
- Availability to start in September with trial days.
- Commitment to term‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (08:30‑15:30).

- Competitive daily rate of £93‑£105.
