About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Assembly Operatives to join our client’s production team in Lympne, Kent. You will play a key part in building high‑quality school tables, working Monday‑to‑Friday in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble school tables to precise specifications.
- Operate hand‑held tools to ensure accurate and safe production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
Required profile
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new processes and take on challenges.
- Strong attention to detail to guarantee product quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand‑held tools.
What we offer
- Permanent contract with a competitive rate of £13.13 per hour.
- Standard working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
