Assembly Operative (Cleanroom)

About the role

We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join a growing medical device manufacturer in Bourton‑on‑the‑Water. The role involves assembling precision components in a cleanroom environment, working to GMP and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble precision medical device components within a controlled cleanroom.
• Follow GMP, ISO procedures and company quality guidelines.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
• Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience.
• Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.

Required skills

• Manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
